They set the standard for quality work, high wages and benefits, and skills training. With over 100 years of experience training tomorrow’s journeymen, the BCTD unions will play a vital role in training and equipping their members for the challenges that lie ahead. Every union and apprenticeship program has vastly expanded their capacity to train and put their members to work. LCWR is able to work with clients to explain each craft, what the requirements are for acceptance, and how to get in contact with the training program of their choice. Each program has different prerequisites, but some are universal: • Be drug free If you feel you are ready to make the commitment necessary to learn and perfect a trade thus building a career, then get in touch with your local LCWR Job Counselor.
